Overview

Based on the principles of a cash register, Synergy POS provides a fast yet simple means to process sales and at the same time capture valuable sales information.
Due to "real time" integration, as a sale is completed the details are immediately updated in the back office Synergy Financials system to be used for sales analysis, stock control, and a wealth of other information vital to give you better control of your business.
Synergy POS prints clear and easy to understand receipts and daily reports directly to the receipt printer. More detailed information is readily available on demand from the many reports available from the Synergy Financials system.

Reports available include:

  • Full transaction history
  • Daily sales and cash totals
  • Daily staff sales report, including gross profit analysis
  • Daily product groups sold
  • Daily stock items sold report
  • All reports are available weekly, monthly, or any date specified

Synergy POS integrates with the full range of Synergy business management software without the need to import and export information from one system to another. Synergy business management software has many optional modules that can be added at anytime to give complete flexibility and expand as your business grows.

With the addition of the Marketing and Analysis module your Synergy POS software becomes a powerful marketing and customer club tool.

All information captured by Synergy POS can be used by the marketing module to track customer sales and automatically produce professional marketing letters to members, loyal charge or club customers.

This module also includes additional reports specifically designed for retailers, including gross profit reports by supplier, by brand and by sales person.
